We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us & return the product within 15 days of receiving, and we'll process your refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned goods.
Our product guarantee covers any manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. If your item does not meet your expectations, simply contact us for a hassle-free return or exchange. We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that while we offer full refunds on our products, shipping fees are non-refundable.
While we allow full refunds, we encourage buyers to limit refunds to goods if they are defective or do not meet your expectations. As undergarments, they cannot be resold, and returned products end up in the landfill, creating environmental waste.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you via email within 1-3 business days, and the refund should appear in your bank account within 10-15 days.
